Arrays Stage E5

The hardest part was the multiplication table.

Reciprocal Reading

Reciprocal reading is when someone is the leader, the sumuriser, the predictor, the questioner and the clarifier. First the last leader chooses who is the next leader. Then the new leader chooses who does what. The clarifier tells people what a word means if they don't now what it means. The questioner asks you questions. The summariser puts the page in his or her own words. The predictor thinks about what will happened on the page. The leader keeps things going and makes sure everyone gets a turn to speak. I'm working on being the summariser because sometimes the pages are hard to summarise.

Worthwhile Maths

Worthwhile maths is one of the maths things we do. This is a pattern one. My pattern was circle, triangle, square and blue, green and red. If I carried on my pattern it would keep going circle, triangle, square and blue, green and red.

We have been learning animation. This is the second one I have ever done. Animation is when you move drawing or pictures around.

Me AND Tara made this rose.The middle can spin. We love it because it was really hard to make.The red part of the rose was the hardest to make.

Lockdown Bubble Video

I made this video by joining drawn pictures in Google draw to show what I did in lockdown. I used wevideo to make my movie by recording myself reading my story. I went to Hurinui Jacks in Covid 19 lockdown. There are lots of trees and it is very long track. It is part of the west coast wildeness trail. Outdoor challenge

I went to the beach today and made this. It is called the body sorter. It takes your body apart if you walk through it. Let me explain. If you want to be a referee and a racer just walk through it. It will take the pieces of your body apart. But be warned it will not put your body back together, because it belongs to a secret fortress. but it was put in an old building.

Nate scavenger hunt

This is my week 3 scavenger hunt. These are the things I found. The unicorn is soft, The lemon is sour, the music box is loud, the soccer ball was smelly, the apple makes a crunch sound when you eat it and Tara is the quiet thingy (sometimes)

ANZAC DAY: Gallipoli campaign

This is a map of Gallipoli.  The battle lasted 11 months.  About 2779 New Zealanders died during the  campaign.   The first anzac day was on the 25th of April 1915.

Farmers tractor-construction challenge

This is my farmers tractor. It is made from cardboard. To make it I used toilet paper rolls, a nutrigrain box, a cheese cracker box, an egg carton, a snack bar box and a chocolate box. First I glued the wheels on with a hot glue gun. then I made a cab out of a chesse cracker box. Then I made a back window with a hot air heater.

Scavenger hunt : shapes

This is my challenge time picture.  It was difficult to find the hexagon because we only have 1 in the house.We found it in a game called Perfection.It was hard to find something tall enough to take a propper picture of all the objects.

Kawa of care

We learnt the Kawa of care today and this is our picture up here. It saying not to put our chromebook on the floor and put it in a safe place for the future of chromebooks.

My Art

This is how I made my picture. I used a sponge to make the big parts and I used a paint brush to do the small parts. But I do not know how the blueish greenish colour got there though.I like my art because it has my favourite colour green.I also like the blueish greenish colour.
